Answered 2.why do you want to join banking ? I said i m already working in SBI, 3.when did you join, how much time to become TRAINEE OFFICER in SBI? Jan 2017,3years minimum 4.what is indian economy? Answered,i told him about primary, secondary, tertiary sectors.. Currently we are 6th largest economy.. Didn't looked convinced. 5.what are the other top 5 largest countries economy wise? I said US, CHINA, JAPAN then I forgot about other two.. Which are Germany and UK.. 6.what is indian culture? I thought WTF!! 🙄.. ANY WAY told him that we have diverse culture as many religions are there,, we are behaved and mannered.. He interrupted and said we look from outside that we are behaved but we are not.. Next Member 1.Why Engineers are joining Banking sector? I said there are less jobs and unemployment is rampant. 2.what is unemployment? Why engineers are not getting good jobs? Answered.. 3.what are core sectors in economy? I said 8 seectors are there 4.Name them? I remembered 3 only.. So said i m nt able to recall Next Member 1.list 5 CMs of your state.? 2.5 presidents? 3.5PMs? Next Member 1.present governor and and last governor? forgot about the last, so he corrected me 2.which state governor charge he has been assigned to? Answered. Lady Member Did not ask me any questions.. Dont know why.. NO MEMBER WAS CONVINCED FROM MY ANSWERS.. 😛
Panel 1, 10:30 pm. GD topic was "should Aadhar be mandatory for public services" and GE topic "qualities a banker should have--point accordingly" PI. Three male members and a lady member. Two sitting in my front and the other two near my left and right arm. Me: good after ma'am, good after sir M1: yes yes, sit down. So tell me about the place you come from. Me: So i answered.. M1: like you have said that your place is famous for 4T's i.e tea,timber,transport and tourism so suppose if i add another 'T', what would that be?! Me: answered correctly with proper explanation. M2:Suppose you've been elected as the CM of your state then how would you promote tourism? Me: answered,but i was not confident with this one as it was a situational base question. M2: So tell me who is the founder of GORKHALAND MORCHA?! Me: stumbled but answered with their help M2: So you have done english honors, how did you manage to clear thd examination as Maths is really difficult in SBI PO?! Me: answered M1: so can you name some indian guitarist?! Me:answered but umm idk. M3: Can you tell me the history of SBI?! Me: answered very concisely. M3: in which year bank of bengal was formed?! Me: answered correctly L1: so do you have a bank account, if yes then which bank and branch?! Me: answered L1: So if you're appointed in that branch what are the things that you would like to improvise?! Me: answered but I always get f*cked with such situation based questions. L1: okay thank you and best of luck for your results. Me: thank you ma'am, have a good day. It was a great experience, doesn't matter even if don't make it to the final list i'll always cherish this moment of hard earned interview under the sun. Oh and the refreshment was really good. The packet contained two patties, a choclate cake, haldiram ka bhujia, mineral water and a cheese sandwich. Best of luck for your interview guys.. Ekdom relax raho, remember you have nothing to nothing to loose that day. You've competed 10lakh student for this interview, so enjoy this day tension ko bahar chor ke LHO office ghusna bhai log. ☺

Jaipur LHO 26/09/18 Panel II 8:30 AM Some points to remember for Document Verification: 1. Write "No" instead of "NA". Agr NA likh diya hai to usko kaatna mat bss uske aage No likh do 2. Take Aadhaar card (For Biometric Verification) and its photocopy. 3. Biodata form bhr ke ke sabhi page ki 4 copies nikalwa lena. Koi page mt hatana. 4. Sare marksheets certificates ki 1 copy self attest(only signature) krke original form ke saath lga lena. Document Verification me 1 ghnta lg gya lgbhg. Phir breakfast mila (1 kachori, chips, 1 Sweet). GD ka topic tha " what is more important for a company? Ethics or Profit?" Dono moderators kaafi friendly the. Phle introduction hua sbka uske baad 5 min preparation. Then 20 minutes of discussion. It was a decent discussion. Some candidates got carried away and it was chaos for some part but overall it was good. Make sure you speak your part. Don't get aggressive as it might result in marks deduction. Reach a concensus as a group. After that GE started. "Prioritize the measures to reduce urban-rural divide regarding Swachch Bharat Abhiyaan" 1. Self cleanliness initiatives 2. Dustbin 3. Keeping your office clean 4. Motivate people for cleanliness 5. Form group of youngsters 6. Tell benefits of cleanliness 7. Cleanliness of socities and localities 5 min of preparation and 20 min of discussion. Again some people got over excited and didn't gave everyone a chance to speak. Moderators had to intervene twice. Reached to a group consensus on the priorities. No language barrier. You can speak in English/Hindi. Although moderators said English is desirable but not mandatory. After that waited for half an hour and then interviews started. Average time 10 mins. There were 4 males and 1 female. Interview was quite chill. 1. M1(centre) Do you know about Bhardwaj rishi?(my surname is Bhardwaj) Told them that I have heard his name. 2. Then asked me about BRICS Told them the names of the members and its function. (he wasn't satisfied much I think, wanted to hear more) 3. Then he asked me about bank formed by BRICS countries. Answered New Development Bank, then he asked me who's the chairman of the bank. I said I don't know. 4. Asked me about the difference between IMF and world bank. I said I don't know the differences but told them about world bank and what it does. 5 L1 asked me how can technology be helpful for banks (I filled 'adaptive to technology' in additional particulars). Answered. She was satisfied with my answer. 6. Then M2 asked me India's ranking in cricket(filled in hobbies) answered. 7. M3 asked me if I have heard the recent happenings in Maldives(about some election). I said No sir. Someone said it was yesterday so he said it's okay. 8. M4 asked me about Smart cities mission and which cities of Rajasthan are in it. Told him jaipur, kota. Then they told few more cities. Asked me what special measures are there for smart cities. Told him about making them eco friendly and reducing pollution, electric vehicles, reduce transportation problems. Overall I think it was average/decent. After that collected the reimbursement (in cash😛). Take copies of tickets with you. If you don't have the return ticket they will give you double the amount of 1 side ticket. Got out at 12.30.
