I think Final cut-off will be , 100/250 = 10*3=30 and interview 44/50 - maximum = 22 so cut-off will be 52, uncertainity level so cutoff 51-52.5

Do we get all the perks and allowances like accomodation,petrol etc from day 1 or after probation period in SBI??
If you clear SBI PO, will you appear for IBPS PO mains?

I am giving 'my' views (which might be wrong) Cut off 98.50/250 = 29.55 out of 75 GDPI= 22/25 ( well above average, close to max) Hence max cut off = 29.55+22= 51.55/100 Normal cut off = 29.55+ 20= 49.55/100 (high chance) Low cut off = 29.55+ 18= 47.55/100 ( It works in IBPS PO in 80:20 scheme)
I will share my experience of IBPS PO 2016 (days before Mains result(i) and Final merit(ii)) (i) After mains ( tough paper), everyone was predicting 75-80 ( even myself). Few were saying 80-85. Cut off of last year (2015) was 76. Those who were saying less than 70, Ppl were making fun of them including me. Result came, cut off 52.50! My marks, 64.50. (I could see my marks after interview) (ii) Today is 27th March, final result is due on 1 april. All of us were agreeing that cut of is between 35-45. Few said around 36, i felt 37-38, many were saying 38-39, experienced once saying around 40 ( with the method i shared wid you in earlier post). A few mental one saying around 42-44. I knew i will be getting around 38 and it was like 20-30-50. 20% chances are that I will make it and 30% chances are that i will be in reserve list and 50% chances are that i will be missing the merit completely. Result came: For gen category, Main list 39.9 ( experienced one were right) Reserve list 39.4 My marks 39.3 I knew somewhere i m going to miss the list as many have told me that you need to have 20+ above cut off to make it in final list. I had just around 12. In 2017, i was preparing for CGLE mains, so did not prepare for GK and interview. Lost reserve list by 0.45 and main list by 1 mark. I got just 60 in interview against 68 in IBPS Po 2016. (i made it to BOB clerk but LPT problem. Didn't learn the language instead focused on SBI PO) In SBI PO, I did well in mains. Expecting 114-116. GE was superb, PI ok ok. Not bad though. All the best to you guys. Keep the flame burning! And remember, THERE IS A LOT OF DIFFERENCE BETEEN WHAT PEOPLE SAY AND WHAT THEY DO. Many say PO job is not good, but so is private. How many of them left? Those who didn't leave their job, don't have time to express their views on quora. Thank you.
