Throughout the way, I use to tell myself - Bas thoda aur chalna hai.. bas ab pahuchne hi wala hoon...thoda si himmat aur karni hai.....It was all about having faith in myself that I will eventually reach the destination. And for sure, everyday I was able to reach my destination, when I Use to see myself improving day by day in my every tests of my Life. Walking that lonely road, in the dark, all alone, taught me lot of things in life. Over the time, I became comfortable with darkness. I learned how to overcome fears. I learned to trust my instincts. I leaned to walk alone. If you know your goal, you should be willing to walk the dark and lonely path. There will be distractions, there will be noises, there will be fears on the way. But, if you have courage and conviction, you will surely reach your goal.
One thing I want to ask. Suppose a ST candidate with 82 attempt and expecting 90-100 marks over 250 and Gdpi went avg what are the chances for him. And will the cutoff for ST be more than 42?

SBI po ke interview me kisi ko fail bhi karte hai kya
Hey guys, This is SBI PO of 2014 batch. I have recently initiated to provide part time coaching to SBI/IBPS aspirants. I'll be covering majorly the following areas: * Quant * DI & Reasoning * GK * GD PI basics I'll be touching on mostly the advanced areas and discuss swift ways of answering questions (You'll be provided study material, mocks and notes for the same) It'll be assumed that people subscribing are well versed with the basics on above areas. Here I go with some of the positives of being a part of this elite organisation called SBI for youngsters like us. 1. All those who have an appetite for finance career. This tenure will surely add a feather in your cap. SBI reimburses professional courses like US accredited CFA, CFP, etc which are very much valued in the market. This can come in handy if you want to switch later on in a private bank. There are ample of SBI senior officers who have taken the advantage of this facility and are currently working in banks like ICICI, HDFC, Axis,etc at a min package of 20-25 lacs 2. Chance of a foreign posting after 5 yrs of service. As you know , SBI operates in 32 countries and provides variety of retail, treasury, credit, wholesale banking services for international customers. A foreign stint will surely provide a great boost to your CV and who knows you might be in the interview list of JP Morgan, BOA or for that matter Morgan Stanley. FYI, foreign banks in India recruit for only backend jobs barring graduates from IIM-A,B,C. However, you might luckily land an onshore job in a foreign bank with the help of foreign posting in SBI. 3. Monetary benefits provided are best in the business. I literally mean best in the business and this includes PSU as well as Private banks. No bank provides you such benefits at this age (Assuming you are aged between 22-28). Here's the snapshot of the monetary benefits. Net Salary - 35,500 approx PF contrbtn - 3500 approx NPS contrbtn - 3500 approx Perks - 7000 approx So, you roughly get Rs.50000 each month out of which 7000 goes for PF & MPS which you'll get once you resign. 4. Lease facility provided is again best in the business. It's around - 29500 in Mumbai Circle 26500 in Delhi Circle And approx 20k for all other circles Believe me, this limit provides you ample chance to lease a fully furnished 3 bhk home. And as I said earlier if you have dependents then you can retain the same lease till the time you resign. Also, FYI the lease limit for an RBI gr B officer is just 12000 in Delhi. 5. Medical facility. From now on you don't have to pay a penny for all your medical expenses. It's fully paid by SBI. Besides your dependants are also allowed to claim 75% reimbursement 6. Furniture facility. You get Rs.120000 to spend on furniture the way you want. No other organisration provides such hefty amount. Not even RBI 7. Misc. Income. Some other ways of earning more money at SBI. For instance, I have been earning At least on an average Rs.60,000 each month. All thanks to the following ways of earning extra penny in SBI. I. You get Rs.5000 honorarium for passing each certification course. There are several courses of NISM, FIMMDA, NSE, etc. This not only improves knowledge but also gives you extra 5000. II. You get commission on selling General Insurance / Life insurance / Mutual fund products of SBI. This again not only gives you a chance to earn more money but also improves your overall personality. For instance, I have personally presented Insurance products to Army Heads, MNC employees, Bureaucrats,etc. And this selling is different from a normal sales boy selling. Here you have Big brand backing you and you fix an appointment before pitching rather than randomly roaming around. 8. Work-life balance. Many of you might have heard that PSU banks working hours has widened. I beg to differ on the same. There hasn't been a single day barring few exceptional days where I have reached home after 7:30 pm. I leave at 9 am and I am back by 7:30 pm. Unlike, in private sector where you have to work 24*7*365. Hope this somewhat clears the air. Cheers. God bless.

To all those who are predicting the cut-offs... KEEP YOUR A**HO*E SHUT.. agar cut-off set karne me itne hi expert hote tum, to SBI CRPD me naukri kar rahe hote.. isliye apna gyaan apne pass rakho, aur aspirants ko demotivate mat karo...
Dear brothers and sisters, I understand sare log cutoff low chahte hai. Obvious hai. And ye bhi sach hai ki log cutoff apne hisab se decide kar rahe hai. Like jinka kam hai marks wo cutoff 45 keh rahe hai aur jinka jyada hai wo badha ke bol rahe. Mai sare logo se anurodh karta hi ki apne ap ko tej samaj kar cutoff low predict karna band kare(kuch logo ke final 45 ban rahe to unhe lagta hai cutoff usse jyada nahi ja sakti) Low cutoff sirf dil ko tasalli dene ke liye sahi hai. Apne ko tej samjhna galat nahi hai par dusro ko kam samjhna badi galti hai. Cutoff 50 se Kam nahi jane wali hai. Ab jo log mujhe gaali dene wale hai 50 cutoff kehne ke liye unke liye cutoff 45 rhegi..Enjoy.😊
I have attempted 68 ( general ), but Jaise 2 din paas aa rhe hai ek hope bni hui hai ki kaash selection ho jae. Gd pi Accha gya Tha. All the best to everyone.
Ye Jo High cutoff ka rona lagae hue h, ye bhul rhe h ki sbne Mains qualify kiya hai, Pre nahi hai ye, jinhone mains qualify kiya hai unke pure chances hai selection k. Isliye apna gyan apni g@and me rakhe or jada ude nahi.

Kuch chije jo hamesha yaad reh jaati hai 1. Jab main 2017 PO ke final result se out ho gaya tha, tab ek ladke ne adda par comment kiya tha, PO--Allahabad bank CLERK--Allahabad bank. Uske baad bhi usne bohot kuch likha tha struggle ke baare mein but wo comment hamesha yaad rehta hai.Kuch khaas nahi hai but yaad rehta h. 2. Aaj dopeher mein result ka wait karte karte ,mujhe nind aagyi aur main so gaya, 5 baje nind khuli--Sone se pehle unemployed tha main, jaagne pe Employed tha main. SBI mein PO ban chuka tha main ab. Ye comment bhi adda par hi dikha tha mujhe SBI PO ke result ke din. 3. Quora par Agam jain kar ke ek banda hai ,usne likha tha apne upsc result day k baare mein--Dopeher mein sone se pehle maine cell phone ko silent kar diya tha, jab utha to 14 missed calls the,i knew ki result was out,i checked,i was selected,ek gehri saans li,fir dekha ki mummy har roz ki tarah kitchen mein kuch kaam kar rahi aur papa mobile par kuch,maine socha ki ye selection bhi kaisi chij hoti hai,kitne dheere se aati hai,kisi ko kuch pata bhi nahi h,har din ki tarah aaj ka bhi din hai,kuch khaas nahi badla,lekin meri zindagi aaj ke baad badal jaayegi aur mere maa baap ki bhi,thodi der main bas un dono ko dekhta raha,fir papa ke paas unke pair chu ke bola,HO GAYA SELECTION, uske baad kya bataun kya reaction tha,wo bas tum mehsoos kar sakte ho,words mein likh nahi paoge kabhi. 4.
