So, is there anyone who is OBC Candidate and qualified under General category..as far as I know marks can be higher than general cutoff but they will still show qualified under OBC.

Result will be out on Nov 1 .. there is no chance that it will be out today.. In 2016 the result was declared on the date given on the notification.. 2017 there was problem regarding the sectional cutoff so it was delayed.. this time it will come on nov1
