Hi guys just a query. The roll no. is based on state of  mains centre/prelims or domicile? And also The first 2 letters of the roll no. denote state na? Please pardon me if the question is a bit childish.

I was totally frustrated with my life.Yesterday One of my friend took me to musoorie for holiday.I was just talking to my mom and she was saying that we are facing a huge financial problem and now after the call,on top of the mountain i saw the result and i saw my roll no.This feeling is very weird.
