Those who think that Interview is just an ordinary phase, then think again. Interview is that phase of an exam which has the final authority to break or make. Take these 100% real cases of SBI PO 2018 exam: One GEN candidate scored 126 in Mains but scored just 24 marks in Interview phase and missed the final cutoff by a whisker whereas another GEN candidate scored 94 in Mains but got 46 in the Interview phase and was selected. This means that 10 marks of Mains phase is equal to 6 marks of Interview phase. Like if you agree.

For people who are yet to fill IBPS po form... bank's priority list... Lemme tell you...please opt for personal growth and monetary benefits and don't go for local posting thing and all..this may keep u unsatisfied throughout..weak bank will give u nothing and will expect everything from you.. How many of u are yet to fill IBPS po form??

He told that SBI is doing bakchodis, IBPS already sent the result PDF to SBI a week before.
So now what to do?
Kisi ka dur ka papa SBI me ho to pata krke bataao aaj aane ka koi scope hai
Keep descriptive as 25 and thn calculate your approx marks.
Last year many people who were expecting around 35 marks got in the range of 25-28 marks.
if you keep 30 now and later if you get 20 marks, thn it will be more painful.
Off topic Guys I have prepared all necessary documents, done medical, etc. For joining process of RRB OS I (RRB 7). Is there anything else which can hinder my branch allotment and joining at the last moment??
