as cut off r different for different states....vacancies r filled for each state locally... or ......
at a time select candidates from all states to fill vacancies in all states..... that i mean any one
can get job anywhere in india.......

lol..even cat2013 is doing wonders, a guy who i know scored 91percentile with answering just 15 in quant and 14 in verbal, candidate has to maintain full accuarcy to score above 95percentile for sure..but this leading to decrease the spe ed of the candidate.. guys scored 55% in cat without answering a single question this year..and 90% of the bschools will give admisions to those greats
