Since you have written to all the moderators, let me reply to you. The fact that you are allowed to discuss a topic does not mean that it gets out of hand. The results are not in your control and just waiting for them leads to a lot of issues. As you are aware of the quality of content in the thread, I will not mention here how bad it is. It is better to keep the thread closed and await results with peace than reduce the quality of discussion on it.

These are my personal views:
1.Discussing about po3 in this thread is not a good idea
2.If we will discuss any matter regarding po3 here it might hurt sentiments of the people who are not able to clear po3 but preparing for clerk 3 interview 
3.then there will be no difference btw the remaining qualified candidates of po2 and we all po3 people😉😉😉

Don't be scared of interview........
It is just an interaction between the panel and yourself,even if they ask a question to which u are not aware of never panic........👼👼👼 Just keep a cool face and mind and don't forget to keep a smiling face this may increase your confidential level before the panel.The panel members are not our enemies consider them as friends who are there to help you and guide you.........😁😁😁
They are just testing your mental strength and coolness of you,they may sometimes shower you with many questions at a single shot like rapid firing don't get frightened and loose your coolness just be patient and give answer by answer according to the seniority of the questions put to you
Try wearing your favorite coloured dress but avoid dark shades.....👍👍👍
