I wanted to know, in Prelims, whether ALL candidates scoring 30% in Paper 1 and 40% in Paper 2 will qualify for mains or its just the minimum cutoff ? Because on Edutap they are saying that ALL will qualify and there won't be a relative cutoff as such.
I have heard that sebi prelims has been postponed again as it was clashing with the upsc mains on 17 january. It will now take place on 27 feb. Is this true??
