Arun Sharma is not exhaustive.Also,the solutions has some errors,typical Arun Sharma book it is:)
Buy the VA material of TestFunda,it is good.Wren and Martin is very good but it doesn't include all the sections of SC that CAT asks from.You should go for Manhattan SC ebook.Also,for vocab,ONLY NORMAN LEWIS is not sufficient.If possible,go for Barron's Wordlist after going through N.Lewis.

In my opinion, its like "not only to one, but all". You wouldn't say "not only to one, but everyone else". But this example has an extra word "also" which makes the case doubtful. Also implies that France is already included in the list.
Accordingly, I feel that it should either be "not only to France, but to all countries of the world." or "not only to France, but also to other countries of the world".
