C. Many may think that womens rights is only an issue in countries where religion is law.
D. Or more worse, some may think this is no longer an issue at all.
E. Gender equality furthers the cause of development for all of society.
OPTIONS

1) None of these

2) B only

3) E only

4) A, B, C and E.

5) B and D

OA

3) E only

In A, womens is incorrect womens is the correct form. Womens rights is plural - the verb should be are.
Part B is perhaps debatable. However, it is incorrect and ridiculous. Yet they earn less than men do (or earn) makes sense. But, yet they earn less than men may mean they dont earn men but (they earn) something less than men. (Compare earn less than a thousand rupees, or earn more than a vacation).
C has the subject verb problem- womens (apostrophe is missing) rights and is. Also, the word only is misplaced. Only an issue or only in countries?
D has the incorrect double comparative in more worse.
Hence, the correct answer is option 3.
