Hi Seniors,

Have few queries regarding GD/PI process

1) Is GD conducted between fellow category mates or its general? For e.g. DA candidates will compete within same category or its an open GD?

2) I have a 5+ years IT experience including 1+ year working in US.I quit my job in Aug 2011 to prepare for exams? Will this be a hinderance in further process? Should I cite Exam Preparation reason for quitting?

3)Please elaborate what Audio-Visual Exercise includes?

1) At this point we cant provide the information regarding this.
2) No you wont have any problems.Given that your experience is rich and quite substantial,it wouldnt be an issue if u have quite your work in august.
You should always cite the real reason.

Hi,
No we wont be able to provide any lodging facility on the campus.
Candidates will have to manage their stay by themselves.
Bus service wil be provided ,to pick up candidates from Symbiosis campus at SB road(located in centre of the city) to SIBM campus at lavale.
It is recommended that the bus service provided by college be used.
The process will be over within a day.

hey i have booked the 5th feb afternoon slot. Can u tell me by what time it will get over, so that i can book a return bus too.

hey puyzz..........just commited a blunder..booked my intrvw slot for 8th feb..n i have iim lucknw call also...n luvcknw intrviews are strting frm 9thh feb....hw will i attend i both....?????.............i did that in a hurry.....please guide me..........can i please chnge my slot...

you can try freakonomics ... it wont finish in a day..but it is an easy read and will aid you in GEPI

But my reason was Diff 😛 IIM calls nahi aaye aab taak :(


Hope they will understand ur problem .... But they will give u random ...date

Incase you withdraw your admission before June,
You will be deducted a certain amount of rupees which will be equal to the cost of the pre-induction programme + Rs 1000 (As per AICTE norms)

Rest of the deposit will be returned to you within 10 days of application of withdrawal..
