wat was the cut off for obc last year?
In my DMC of college, the final sem dmc have all info about previous semesters, so uploading last dmc would do or I have to upload DMC of all semesters?

I graduted in 2015 and right now my college has only provided the provisional certificate but marks/cpi isn't stated on the certificated.. what should I submit, the provisional certificate or the transcript stating the semester wise score/spi?
