I don't want accommodation. Will it be fine if I don't fill in my details in the URL mentioned in the email? Or I have to do something else for cancelling this?

I have my SJMSOM interview on 4th morning. I'll reach Mumbai on 2nd as I have
another interview on 3rd. However, I'm coming from Pune, so I don't have
any bookings for travel done. While filling the Accomodation Form, it asks to upload the travel tickets which I don't have; what to do in such a case? Thank you.
The 2 year course in SJMSOM is divided in how many semesters? I m trying to estimate the fees for 2 years...
Checklist says to get completely filled application form and completely filled self assessment form. Where do I find the application form ? Not finding it in the portal, nor is it present in my mail
@ratneshsvnk I have ran an NGO with few other friends at state level. Can i mention that in extra-curriculars ? And what proof would suffice ? I have website, photos, 2-3 paper cuttings etc

Can someone please post a link from where I can download Self Assessment form? I completely missed that point somehow. Link that was shared in an email http://www.som.iitb.ac.in/WATPI_2016/instructions.php is not working, it shows 404 error.

@ratneshsvnk I received mail "REMINDER: WAT-PI @ SJMSOM, IIT Bombay". It says Morning slot- 1.00 pm .Is this typo error? I booked afternnon slot only.
can someone tell something about WAT topics??will they be abstract ones or fact based.....also i have heard that candidates only above 99 percentile are selected for final merit list...is it true?
