Asking for a friend here. Chances of obc wl 71 and what was wl movement trend for obc last year?

Checked 2014-2016 trends could not find trend for 2015-2017. In 2014-2016, the general wait list was exhausted at 142 and in 4th wait list movement. Any information on 2015-2017 wait list movement??

I was reading through last year thread. Total 9 lists were given. General category 198 converted in 7th list in june and 215 in 9th list. Trying to find for categories too. If you know please post.
