My wait list number is WL 1 (NC-OBC).Can anyone please tell will SJMSOM release another list?? Little worried as I converted NITIE and last date for payment in NITIE is 10th June but interested in joining SJMSOM. Planning to take marketing as specialization.
Can anyone tell aprx how many more list will be released.??
Also can someone confirm the fact that insti will offer admission to the waitlisted candidates till they fill up all their seat or the list exhausts.
(P.S WL 82 (OBC).Statically speaking I have bleak chance.Practically i have no idea 😞
SPJain started yesterday, Nitie last day is 10th is for withdrawal and many colleges like MDI and new IIMs will start or have their withdrawal last date as 19th June. So that is the period when a lot of movement is expected. Last year there was a movement of around 40 during mid June. So logically, you should expect the same thing this year. So 80-100 odd movement is what we would be looking at for the General category. ATB to the WL candidates!

In the last waitlist for OBC there was a movement of 16. The list which was released yesterday has moved 16.Is it like no one took admission from the previous list of OBC ???please correct me if i am wrong ...
Do SJMSOM students get to interact with engineering students?
A mail regarding the induction assignment has been sent last night to all the confirmed candidates. Please join the Facebook group fro converts as all the discussions regarding induction assignment will be done there. The link for the group can be found on your portal. Let us know in case of any issues.
@SJMSOM_AdCom @ratneshsvnk A suggestion - If, Team admissions/adcom, could phone-call, further waitlisted aspirants to elicit their responses and thereon send an email (on registered email addresses), to them if they wish to pass on the SJMSOM seat via a link to such effect, it could help movement of the waiting lists. This could be done for a limited number of candidates, say next 25-40 in the respective category lists, at a time. Need to do something to ensure better chances for all the aspirants, Just a suggestion.
I hope, nay, understand the authorities would do their utmost towards doing the needful for Just and speedier processes of admissions.

The next wait list (WL6) will be released by tonight. The last date for making the fee payment is 15th June. Last date for withdrawal is 18th June (ONLY for WL6 converts)
The online payment portal will be active from 13th June, noon.
Please arrangement for the amount to be paid. Rs. 2,24,876/- (GN/OBC) Rs. 1,24,876/- (SC/ST)
