Still waiting for appointment ITI after cgl2010. The wait is terrible. Chandigarh zone is slow or is the case.. same for all income tax zones ?
Today , bangalore cx dispatched appointment letter to tax asst....we may get 2maro or day after 2maro...i got bang cx 1
Hey Friends! I went to Mumbai Central Excise Office & in Mumbai right now.
Have got Appointment Letter by hand after all document verification & Medical Examination. But I get the joining date extended due to some reasons.
You all will become happy to know that mutual transfer is possible (As they told me)
And at last it's my kind request to all PLEASE REPLY IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED IN MUMBAI EXCISE. NO DOUBT IT IS GOOD ZONE. BUT DUE TO FAMILY PROBLEMS I WANT TO JOIN NORTH INDIA.
If mutual transfer is possible in Income Tax also, I would no doubt would like to swap my zone (bhopal) with anyone having Lucknow or Kanpur... Please reply ASAP

VADODARA CX has completed d allocation between vadodara nd ahmedabad...said tht letters wil reach us within 3-4 days frm d respective commisionarete....got ahmedabad....d concernd officer said so...!!!

All CGL 2010 candidates selected as CAG auditor, call 011-23509361 and 011-23509340. I called them n they informed that v may get letters from our respective zones in Nov, but now they r telling that it may b in Dec also, so I request all CAG auditors to call them repeatedly to pressurised them

As far as i remember, you were selected as ITI. I dont know for sure but "Bihari on Top" said something like "get in top 100 for posting of ur liking". I think he would be the best person to answer this since he has also been selected as ITI this year.
My rank as shown at the SSC website was SLA/0017. But I chose ASST in CSS and they have postings mainly in Delhi
