According to the physical standard for Excise inspector etc posts provided in the notification, chest measurement should be 81 cm. Is it fully expanded (including 5 cm) or fully expanded would mean (81+5) cm?

Jinhe apne SSC tier 2 ke marks par jarurat se jyada garv hai wo apne class 9th se abhi tak diye gaye saare exams ke marks ka average nikaal len sara garv sharm me badal jayega..
Marks intelligence ka level nahi, mehnat ka level judge karte hain.. Wo exam to kabhi nahi jinke questions hi repeat hote hain.. To roj 12 ghante 5 mahine ya 5 ghante 12 mahine ghis kar SSC tier 2 nikaal liya...acchhi baat hai...par bechare kam mehnat karne walon ki lo mat... Aur jinhe jyada hi apni buddhimatta pe ghamand hai...wo mujhse aakar milen, me saari utaar dunga..!! Ya jakar UPSC ki taiyari karen to pata chalega ki jo kachhua khargosh se race jeet gaya wo kachhuon ki race me aakhiri hai!!!
