one month ago...I saw an rti reply that SSC would take fresh preferences at the time of doc verification.
But now ...in its rti reply,it is stating that...
"no written formform(document) is existing regarding it"
Is SSC changing its stance....
bhai logo 2015 ki preference m paramount walo ne CSS ko itna upar rakha h, so to kya ap logo k hisab se css ko upar rakhna thik h?
is here anyone who has applied for cgl 2015-16 exam in the OBC category..?? how did u guys manage ur OBC certificates..?? did u use the certificate given by ur state government or do i have to apply for a new certificate as per certificate format given in the cgl 2015 final notice???

last year....for around 1400 IP obc vacancies....2800 were called.
so there were 2800 candidates between 424.5(UR IP cutoff) and 395.75(OBC IP cutoff) ie...difference is 28.75 marks
so on an average..."for each mark,there are 100 OBC candidates".
This year...... there are around 1800 IP OBC vacancies(as reported in RTI reply)...so..3600 will be called.
"if assuming the SAME COMPETITION this year also".
the difference of marks (UR IP cutoff-OBC IP cutoff) should be 36.
then..it should make a big difference for OBC candidates..right??
