In view of large number of candidates and increasing instances of malpractices in examinations, the Commission uses different sets of question papers in its examination to minimise malpractices and ensure integrity of examination. In CGL Tier II Examination, 2014 also different sets of papers were used. These papers were prepared by experts as per the guidelines provided by the Commission which lays down that difficulty level across all sets of question papers is more or less identical. Question of normalization/equalization does not arise."

It is good to see that atleast now people who were spreading rumours like chaoba, sharuk, @mera1prem , chaobasarukh are banned. Can anyone explain how these rumour spreading people got banned overnight ?
