what is the prescribed format for caste certificate. Do we have to take printout of the annexure from the application pdf and get it signed by the authority or do we have to submit the default OBC certificate that authorities provide when asked for??

I qualified for IP posts.Will i get any NIP for sure or it is not necessary to get NIP even after qualifying or IP
i think NIP vacancies must have increased,otherwise no point in qualifying 30000 studentsfor nip,what do u think?
