how many marks less than ip marks,can one expect anything in NIP list,i missed IP by 4 marks,should i expect something out of this,or probablity of anything is nil?

My Roll No. is not there in the marks list and its neither there in the Awarded Zero Marks list.However when I check the list using my Ticket Number, the same is shown infront of somebody else's Roll Number.Anybody please suggest what should be done in this case?@shawshanks @vipin011 @yogi26 @Dexter.Morgan
