STILL MY DOUBT NOT CLEARED, Please explain this to me....
Last year UR ip vacancies were 2744, candidates called were 3233 (according to original cutoff 424.25), which is roughly 117% of UR ip vacancies, but according to this ratio if vacancies are 3803 this yr so candidates called must be equal to 4450, but 4913 UR candidates are called for intrvws, so my question is whether they are following the same ratio as 1:1.17 (means ip vacancies are more in this case) or they are doing what they did last year (called additional 500 candidates just like when they dropped the cutoff to 420)?
