Is 'Date of Publication' of CBSE Class 10 certificate mentioned on anyone's certificate ? There is only date of issue on mine. I managed to get a Date of Publication for 12th and Graduation , but for 10th its very difficult to obtain from CBSE. Even they dont seem to know about this...
