For PPT part evaluation of CPT :
Marks may be awarded as under: 1(i) Creation of Power Point Slide as in exercise : 100 Marks (ii) Deductions are to be made in the following manner: (a) Printing on more than one page : 05 Marks (b) Improper lay-out of headings, lines, Alignment of Text/number as per exercise, name and roll numbers : 02 marks each mistake (maximum 20) (c) Mistakes in entry of text/numbers/change in font size/Text effects (bold/underlined) : 02 marks for each mistake (d) Mistakes in drawing correct borders/shapes/line and fills : 05 marks for each mistake (e) Mistakes in selecting correct bullet types for headings and their alignment : 02 marks for each mistake Note: Change in font size ( consider to accommodate all the text in one slide) may be ignored.
For Excel part evaluation of CPT :
Marks may be awarded as under: 1 Creation of basic work sheet as in exercise : 50 Marks Marks may be deducted as below: (a) If print out is more than one page : 05 Marks (b) Improper lay-out - Positioning of headings, cells, Alignment of Text/number as per exercise, name and roll numbers : 02 marks for each mistake (maximum 20) (c) Mistakes in entry of text of data change in font size/Text effects (bold/underlined) : 02 marks for each mistake 2. Correct value of Data by applying formulae : 50 Marks Marks may be deducted as below: (a) Not using formula for calculating cell : 10 Marks each cell (b) Wrong value formats for calculating cell : 05 Marks each cell
