Tomorrow is my CPT in Delhi and absolute inc/dec value was also bothering me...
I think they are asking for value of absolute inc/dec not the absolute value of inc/dec...
The term absolute inc/dec is used to distinguish it from percentage inc/dec...
So we have to show the -ve sign as well in the absolute inc/dec...
