Guys if anyone filed a RTI for the vacancies to be filled by CGL 14 ??
I request all my SC ST and OBC guys to give up reservation once u get ur desired posts... I know we general class or the upper class have done many atrocities on u.... BT what about those SC ST nd OBCs who have reached the upper level in terms of economic status are they leaving the seat for their community.... If each one of them take the responsibility of 2-4 kids of his/her community rather then giving his own child the benefits of reservations... I am sure within a decade we would achieve the prime motive of reservation which is EQUALiTY.... Bt its been decades the conditions of sc st has not improvedimproved in fact its getting worse nd the gap is widening so somewhere u as a community are also responsible for the discrimination... So don't always play the victim nd for god sake save our country....

It's nt about reservation...imp pt is who should get the benefits....our resources are limited so it should be reached to the most backward section ........in fact SC has rightly said that new criteria should be brought to identify the backward groups like third gender........Reservation is a tool for upliftment of backward section.....but its dividends are reaped by well off that too from every stage ....SChool fees low, college fee low, application fee low.....really one needs privileges at each and every stage.....one time help is enough.....its just wastage of resources........take a case of rajasthan there are various tribes in ST but only one tribe is reaping the benefit .....is'nt it going to create disparity among ST itself...it has already created a deep rift,,,,,,,we need to look at the system. of reservation

जब वाकई राष्ट्रहित या गुणवत्ता की बात आती है तो भारत में Homi Bhabha National Institute, तथा इसकी दस अन्य इकाइयों में, अंतरिक्ष अनुसन्धान प्रोगशालाओं जैसे 8 संस्थानों में एवं सैन्य बलों आरक्षण की व्यवस्था नहीं है। क्यों ?????कल NDTV ने एक छद्म मुसलमान से यह प्रश्न करवाया कि हिन्दुस्तान में मुसलामानों को नौकरी क्यों नहीं दी जाती है। कुछ दिन पहले केरल विधानसभा के बजट सत्र में दो बातें सामने आयीं,एक कि ईसाईयों की सामाजिक स्थिति का अध्ययन करने के लिए बजट में करोड़ों रुपयों का प्रावधान किया है और पिछले वर्षों में केरल में 20 लाख हिन्दुओं ने धर्मांतरण किया है। उत्तर प्रदेश के बजट में अल्संख्यंकों को लुभाने के लिए करोड़ों रुपयों का प्रावधान किया गया है। इसी के साथ कर्णाटक के एक मंत्री का बयां आया की अल्संख्यंकों को विदेश में पढ़ने के लिए 20 लाख रुपये की आर्थिक सहायता दी जाएगी। तीन वर्ष पहले कर्णाटक के ही एक मंत्री का बयां आया था की अल्पसंख्यंकों के कर्जे ब्याज मुक्त कर दिए जाएँ। ये बात तो हुई विभिन्न सरकारों के अल्पसंख्यंकों की स्थिति को लेकर चिंतातुर होने की। क्या आपने कभी सोचा कि जिस आरक्षण व्यवस्था का प्रावधान 1950 में भारत सरकार ने किया था , उस वर्ष यदि किसी 18 वर्ष के व्यक्ति ने यदि आरक्षण का लाभ लिया होगा तो 2017 में उसकी पांचवीं पीढ़ी आरक्षण का लाभ लेने जा रही है। क्या आपको लगता है कि बाबू जगजीवन राम जो कि इंदिरागांधी के काल में केंद्रीय मंत्री रहे उनके परिवार की मीरा कुमार या किसी अन्य को आरक्षण दिया जाना चाहिए ??? पी एल पूनिया जो कि उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्य सचिव रह चुके हैं उनके परिवार के किसी सदस्य को आरक्षण की दरकार है ???? और अब बहुत दूर नहीं जाते, एक डॉक्टर दम्पत्ति मेरे व्यक्तिगत मित्र हैं। उनकी बच्ची को जब इस वर्ष मेडिकल में दाखिला मिला तो हमने अपने बेटे को बहुत भला बुरा कहा कि देख लो फलां को प्रतिष्ठित मेडिकल कॉलेज में दाखिला मिला है और एक तुम नालायक हो कि मुहाने पर आ कर अटक गए। हाँ उस दिन मुझे कष्ट हुआ जब मेरे बेटे ने कहा की अगर वो अशोक अंकल के घर में पैदा होता तो उसे भी दाखिला मिलता। इस घटना के बाद मुझे पता चला कि मेरे मित्र अनुसूचित जाति के हैं। और शायद ये भी आरक्षण व्यवस्था का लाभ ले कर यहाँ तक पहुंचे हैं। क्या उनकी बच्ची को आरक्षण की ज़रुरत थी ???वर्ष 1902 में शाहू जी महाराज ने अपनी रियासत में पहला आरक्षण का प्रावधान किया था। 1908 एवं 1909 में अंग्रेजी हुकूमत ने "मिंटो मार्ले " कानून बना कर भारत में आरक्षण की व्यवस्था लागु की थी। लेकिन वर्ष 2015 में यानि की 106 साल बाद भी अगर समस्या का निदान नहीं हो पाया है तो ज़रूर सिस्टम में कोई कमी है।1950 से ही पब्लिक रिप्रजेंटेशन एक्ट के द्वारा हर पांच साल में आरक्षित वर्ग से लगभग 131 सांसद लोकसभा में पहुंचते है, क्या आपको लगता है कि वर्तमान चुनाव प्रणाली में कोई लखपति चुनाव लड़ सकता है ???? बसपा जो की आरक्षण का पुरज़ोर समर्थन करती है एक एक विधायक से टिकट आवंटन के लिए करोड़ों रुपये लेती है,क्या इन लोगों को वाकई आरक्षण की ज़रुरत है ???? जो आरक्षण विरोधी यह चाहते हैं कि आर्थिक आधार पर आरक्षण होना चाहिए उनसे भी में सहमत नहीं हूँ क्योंकि भ्रष्ट भारतीय तंत्र में BPL कार्ड बनवाना कोई बहुत कठिन कार्य नहीं है। सरकारें निशुल्क किताबें बाँट रहीं हैं , सरकारी विद्यालयों में फीस न के बराबर है, इंजिनीरिंग तक की पढाई में वजीफे बांटे जा रहे हैं और इन सबके बाद आरक्षण और फिर पदोनन्ति के लिए आरक्षण पर आरक्षण। हर कदम पर सरकारें समाज में विद्वेष पैदा करके इसे विभक्त किये जा रही हैं।क्या ये सरकारें जितना पैसा सरकारें इन साधनों पर खर्च कर रही हैं , उसमे यदि सरकारी विद्यालयों में शिक्षा पूर्णताः निशुल्क करके अनिवार्य कर दें, विशेषकर उनके लिए जो वर्तमान में आरक्षित वर्ग है और जिसके परिवार ने अभी तक आरक्षण का लाभ नहीं लिया है तथा उनके लिए उत्कृष्ट किस्म की कोचिंग खोल दें या वर्तमान कोचिंग चलाने वालों को ऐसे विद्यार्थियों को पढ़ाने के लिए सब्सिडी दे दे, निःशुल्क पढाई और कोचिंग आर्थिक रूप से कमज़ोर वर्ग के सभी अभ्यर्थियों को उनकी आयु के 28 वर्ष तक दी जाये, नहीं कर सकतीं???? तत्पश्चात विभिन्न प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं के फॉर्म भी निशुल्क कर दें और अंत में योग्यता के आधार पर चयन करें तो कहीं से बहुत बोझ नहीं बढ़ेगा सरकारी बजट पर परन्तु समाज में फैलता हुआ यह विद्वेष का ज़हर कहीं तो रुकेगा। यदि पूरे विश्व में यही शोषण का रोना रोया जाये तो रूस के ज़ारों ने , चीन और फ्रांस के राजाओं ने शोषण की हदें पार की थीं लेकिन आज वहां का समाज किसी जाति व्यवस्था के लिए इसे दोषी नहीं ठहराता, 2000 सालों तक यहूदियों का पूरे विश्व में बुरी तरह से शोषण हुआ क्या आज किसी यहूदी को किसी के आगे हाथ फैलाते देखा है क्या ??? और भूख से मरते हुए सोमालिया का समाज अपनी भुखमरी और पिछड़ेपन के लिए किसी ऐतिहासिक मिथ्या का सहारा नहीं लेता। आरक्षण से आप Engineering और Medical संस्थानों एडमिशन दे कर ,500 में से 11 नंबर पाने अध्यापकों को नौकरी दे कर देश का अहित ही कर रहे हैं।जिस भी वर्ष में इस व्यवस्था को कड़ाई से लागु किया जायेगा उसके 20 वर्ष पश्चात भारत के पास बौद्धिक योग्यता और क्षमता वाली पीढ़ी होगी।जब वाकई राष्ट्रहित या गुणवत्ता की बात आती है तो भारत में Homi Bhabha National Institute, तथा इसकी दस अन्य इकाइयों में , तथा अंतरिक्ष अनुसन्धान प्रोगशालाओं जैसे 8 संस्थानों में एवं सैन्य बलों आरक्षण की व्यवस्था नहीं है। क्यों ? प्र.स्था.
