ye form fil karke bhejna hai.. kya iska xerox bhi bhejna hai.. They have written in duplicate.. what does this mean?

I filled Test form no wrong in yesterday'e exam in paper 1 . I wrote it correctly but filled one bubble wrong.Examiner asked me not to use fluid and he said that ssc will evaluate your paper , dont worry .In case of any mismatch they will cross check it. Is it possible ? i came to know from ssc previous results that they don't give shit about cross checking.Any body here can clarify further ??

C&AG NOTICE :

" The candidates are requested to send the duly filled in preference forms (contained in Annexure I) and personal information along with the Attestation Form (in duplicate), which is also available on this website, to this office latest by 20.11.2015."

What does " in duplicate" mean here ?

Guys...I am confused regarding C&AG Attestation Form...As I understand...Candidates need to send two copies of Attestation Form...One in original and second in duplicate i.e. photocopy of the original...Am I right here ?...Please reply...Thx.
