Those in doubt regarding pattern change of CGL:
Off late few people are spreading a strong rumor regarding change in pattern from SSC CGL 2015. In support of that rumor they are spreading a link of old pattern of SSC which has 2 papers in prelims & 6 papers in mains. Also a leading news paper Allahabad edition correspondent published a wrong article on the basis of this rumor. Would like to clear you all that particular pattern was used by SSC before 2010. SSC is not going to use this pattern as its a time taking pattern & made recruitment process very slow.
Last Year in the recommendation a committee has proposed to conduct the exam online or to introduce the English descriptive paper of qualifying nature. DOPT / GOVT has not approved the recommendation yet. So it will be the maximum change if govt approve above said recommendations.
As you all know that SSC CGL 2015 notification will out on 2nd May 2015 & exam will conduct on 9th / 16th August 2015. so you have enough time for Tier 1 preparations. Just continue your preparation and wait for the official notification for 2015.
