Guys, I have applied for SSC cgl before 3 days. Application status shows completed. But after entering my roll no and password in apply part ,nothing is being shown. Has anyone faced similar problem????? Any suggestions????

HI Guys..i have a doubt regarding OBC certificate and grateful if anyody knows the answer.
CGL 2016 Notification says, the OBC should be in prescribed format signed by magistrate.
Well, in my home town, e-SEva is issuing obc certificates which has my state name(Govt OF Andhra Pradesh) and it is not in prescribed format.
The certificate does not have the resolution code also.
So, please let me know if the computerised certificate is suffice or do i need to get any other certificate(like it mentioned in notification)???
And aslo if i fail to submit the certificate, Will i be considered as a GENERAL category???
PLs help and post this question if you know any other forums where senior people are subscribed.
