guys, if we apply for statistical investigator...is it mandatory to appear for Paper III statistics ? if we skip that paper (PaperIII) are our Marks counted as zero in that paper? someone plz clarify...

while filling ssc cgl form ssc has asked for specific requirements for photograph and signature.
photo 100X120 pixels with 4kb to 12kb size
and
signature 140X60 pixels with size less than 12kb
when I was resizing with pixels the photo and signature was getting blurred so I tried with some higher resolution and uploaded
(only resolution was different but size was between the prescribed limits) and photo and signature was successfully uploaded.
will this led to my candidature cancellation?
your views will be highly appreciated....
