those people who are saying about less vacancies see the link in which rti filed on 6.11.2015 showed 0 vacancy in css but now vacancies in css 2015 are 597. so this is only april and till tier 2 itself vacancies would be approx 8000. those departments which have not sent vacancies list show 0. dont worry ssc people do these kind of things and prepare...
