Subject + Apposition and the verb

If apposition is used after subject, then verb is always used as per the noun/pronoun, which is before Apposition, for example;

1) I, Ramesh Sing, am a student.

2) You, boy are very wicked.

Here in first sentence, Ramesh Singh and in second sentence 'Boy' are Apposition because they are used to clarify the meaning of I and you and they are placed between commas.
