Procedure to lodge a grievance:-
Go to pg portal. gov. in (remove the spaces), click on "Please Lodge your grievance here" at the centre of the page,Choose Public Grievance, Select Central Government button(this might be chosen automatically, but do check for it), Choose "Personnel & Training Department" from drop down list,in Grievance category choose "CGL-exam related issues", then fill the required details.

Dear Sir,
I'm Rajiv Kumar. I had my CGLE-2017 exam on 16th Aug 3rd shift(4:15pm -5:15pm). And all hundreds of others i know are too depressed about the level of paper that SSC made us face in this Shift.
I had taken more than 100 mocks on various websites for this exam in the last 2 months : Test book where my usual score was 145+ and sc Tube where my usual score was 135+,while occasionally scoring 165+.
The difficulty level of this paper was Maximum and those who say all paper have 1 tough section, either Quant or GK or English, should check out the Questions from this shift, where the standard of paper was Not maintained and all the sections were of Very High Difficulty level. You will be able to verify this accusation once SSC releases the marks of the candidates and then you can see that the lowest average marks of candidates of any shift will be from this shift.
The level of difficulty of my shift was very high in comparison to all other shifts that have appeared so far in CGLE-17. This is hugely damaging for good students who spent more than a year preparing diligently for this exam and got this unreal and High level of Question-paper,whereas most other shifts were really easy and high-scoring.
I wanted to give feedback at the end of my test but the feedback box was not working/had been disabled.
Now i request you to look into this matter and make these suggestions to SSC to resolve these issues:-
1) Make Tier-1 qualifying.
2) Do Normalization as most other exams do:- SBI-PO, IBPS, CAT etc.
3) Cancel this shift and take Re-test.
