tier 1 ka level sahi tha, bas farak itna tha ki suru ki shift walo ko nahi pata tha ki gk k questions kis type k aayenge... , difficulty level kya rahega, isliye unhe hard laga.... or unka exam bhi achcha nahi gaya... baad ki shift walo  ne exam pattern ka analysis kiya or unka paper achcha gaya....or har shift me koi ek section difficult jaroor tha... ab main to tier 2 ki tayari karne chala... ye meri thinking hai, or baaki aap log jaisa soche... mera exam 8th ko tha...

Making tier-1 qualifying dosent change anything for low scorers because the cutoffs will remain the same even if it is qualifying but the "just crossed cutoff" aspirants will have a chance to redeem themselves in tier-2
