1) Normalisation concept is not clearly defined. Sb ka formula different rehta hai.
2) Given that there was no sectional cutoff, it may hugely benefit sm1 on the contrary it may b hugely disadvantageous 4 others.
3) Commission se ye saari baaten form dalwaate waqt hi clear hona chahiye.
4) There should be uniform examination guidelines 4 all exams. Why isn't there any Normalisation in INTERVIEWS and SKILL tests?
5) IBPS was introduced 4 all nationalised banks. Hua kya- Ye PGDF ka jinn aa gya. Banks give NIL vacancies through IBPS and loads through PGDF having an extraordinary age criteria.
