A boy starts from his home at a certain time with a certain speed to pick up his friend from office at 5 pm. The friend left office at 3 pm one day and started walking towards her home with a speed of 40 km per hour. She met the boy in the way who left in his usual time and they reached home 40 minutes earlier than the usual time. Find the speed of the boy.
