yahan normalisation se prblm nahi hai, kal agar ssc haar jati hai to bhi normalisation nahi karenge idiots, high court jaenge aur delay hoga. because phir saare exams me karna padega plus mains me bhi. cgl 2016 wale petitioners case jeet gaye phir bhi job nahi milegi most probably

I was present in the court premises during the hearing. SSC arguments were baseless and was flying off the tangent. Two judges bench was hearing the case. One judge was fully convinced with the normalisation concept and asked SSC as to why shouldn't the normalisation be done in this exam, to which ssc lawyer repeated their excuse of expert panel. Luthra Sir interrupted and pointed about the errors in the questions set by the commission and that some shifts got free bonus marks because of those errors. This is their expert panel. Judge replied on this "This is a serious irregularity in the exam." After that judge asked SSC lawyer if they want to say anything to Luther's point, they replied that All arrangemens of conducton of tier 2 have been done and it will not be in the interest of the candidates to postpone the exam. To this luthra Sir replied that if you are concerned about candidates interest, then why there is difference in level of exams and why aren't you doing normalisation? To this SSC lawyer didn't replied anything and luthra said to judge that the silence of ssc lawyer clearly indicates that ssc is wrong on their part. Normalisation is requested and tier 2 should be conducted after revised result. One judge nodded but the other judge said that what about the arrangements? This will cause monetary loss to the government. After that both judges discussed something and then one judge said that all points have been noted, the order is reserved and will be announced tomorrow.
Ek baat to confirm h tier 2 jiska last dates par h use fyada hoga kyunki paper ka level laghbhag same hoga. SSC ab to chance nahi legi.

Fb source........Tomorrow in CAT court, our serial no is 1 which is obvious as no hearing is required for this, only order has to be given whatever it be. In high court, our serial no is 14 but effective serial no will be 8 as per the lawyer. What ever we get tomorrow will give a learning - either truth wins or in India, nothing but power wins. I along with other admins have given our heart to this cause.
