hey guyz assistant in railways can be posted in any part of india like mumbai or is it only delhi posting job and apart from css which are the posts in which posting is only in delhi ?

In an examination 52% of candidate in failed in S ,42% in M and 17% in both.The no of those who passed in both subject is

can someone explain the allotment procedure of cgl... i mean do they offer a single job like ibps or something else?
suppose someone gets CSS and then he fails in CPT...then will he be allotted to any other ministry dept ?

I am really confused.I am partial color blind and applying for SSC CGL 14.There is nothing mentioned in official notification of SSC regarding color blindness.But recently I came to know that color blind people are absolutely not eligible for Excise,Preventive Officer,IB and many other posts.
The twist is if someone is rejected after selection,physical test and then color blindness test ‚ŹĹš.He is not eligible for any other posts at that time according to SSC rules.
Please clarify my doubt.What should I do??I already put Excise and PO as my 2nd and 3rd preference.Should I change it????If color blindness is that important for them why dont they mention??????????Plz help.If anyone is selected as Excise inspector...PO...IB...please share your experience.😠
