My name in list-4 and not in list-3 of tier3 results. What's the difference and on what basis is the cutoff for list 3 decided? Is there a chance for list - 4 guys? Because 19000 list 3 guys have better scores and can easily fill 9000 vacancies. Any expert opinion pls
