Now that we're in need of approximation techniques, lemme tell you one method i've come across
√695
695 is between 26^2 and 27^2 , take 26
divide 695 by 26 , ==> 26.7
Take average of 26 and 26.7 ==> 26.3
√756
between 27^2 and 28^2 , take 27
divide 756 by 27 ==> 28
Take average of 27 and 28 ==> 27.5
Note: This ain't a 100% accurate method but does help in approximation, do follow if it suits you
