hi @UTTAM_NARAYAN ,
with reference to ur recent post " If x^2 + x = 5, then find the value of
(x+3)^3 + 1/(x+3)^3 "
i just want to know, is there any other faster method to solve this?
my method is given below:
Let x+3 = a => x= a-3
=> x^2 + x = 5 => a^2 -5a+1 =0 => a+ 1/a = 5 and a^2+ 1/(a)^2 = 23
now (x+3)^3 + 1/(x+3)^3 = a^3+ 1/(a)^3
=> (x+3)^3 + 1/(x+3)^3= [a+ 1/a]*[a^2+ 1/(a)^2 -1]
=> (x+3)^3 + 1/(x+3)^3= 5*(23-1)
=> (x+3)^3 + 1/(x+3)^3= 110
please let me know if there is any better solution.
Shuru karein?
