According to the records available so far, most of the popular or the most active pg guys that needs no introduction hardly get above 440+. Some get it but on average, there's none that got 455-460+ as far as I know. Meanwhile, there are lots of guys who suddenly appeared on this thread only after exam and they are getting 450+ . If you don't believe me,just scroll down and read every post  and comments on this thread.  that might mean what ?  worried about the cut off. What do you think,my dear friends?

I think all the websites are playing safe in predicting the cutoff.. just becoz cutoff din't change much b/n '13 and '14 doesn't mean that it should not change much now..paper standard was high..only 25 days gap b/n tier 1 result and tier 2.. same paper all over india.. the only thing that can act against decrease in cut off is high marks in tier 1.. but that's only about 5-6 marks whereas there's atleast 30 marks difference in tier 2 standard.. Assuming 15k vacancies, cut off will decrease by atleast 20 marks.. so should be around 410..

Last year around 2300 candidates scored 450 or more marks.

This year, either fewer number of people are scoring this much marks or people who score more than 450 marks usually don't hang out here or on fb. What say?
