Thought to post after I had a discussion with a friend who has recently joining as ITI ('13 batch).. he said the papers were tougher than '14 & even '13, so cut-offs will be lower (provided there isn't a lot of variance in the number of vacancies)
Also, I am not sure about this but logically the number of guys clearing the cut-off should be in proportion to the number of vacancies. In 2014, 1.41 lac cleared tier 1, this time 1.45 ...so hopefully, the vacancies are higher in number (but then, SSC said they don't yet have any info on this, so can't say)...what say?
