Kind attention
The proposal of SSC for Tier 1 to be made qualifying is pending with the Government. The final decision has to be made by the govt. Hence the notification carries the information because as soon as the govt takes the decision, it will be implemented. This may be even from 2015 SSC ( CGL ).
The notification of cgl 2015 had to include this information because no new rule can be implemented retrospectively. Now since this information is in the notification, nothing can bar SSC from implementing this soon after the govt approves it.
But will be a bad news for GS teachers. Hope somewhere else this is compensated. -
