why ssc is taking so much time to release key as if it's gonna take care n release exactly correct key.... Anyway there will be mistakes.. So y this delay....

I heard someone telling that if tier 1 is made qualifying, 16th aug evening candidates will be at loss. I don't understand the logic...!6th Aug evening candidates got less marks, so, if tier 1 is made qualifying, then 16th evening candidates should be at benefits...what they are posting, I don't know...anything and everything...
