Something good could still come out of the 7th CPC.
Right now, the annual hike in the Basic pay is 3%.
Some reports suggest that the 7th CPC has recommended a 6% annual hike. This, if accepted, coupled with the DA hike(half-yearly), would be considered a pretty decent overall annual increase in the salary.
But don't get your hopes too high.

AAccording to this article last time pay was increased 20-30%. So we should go first to find what the formula behind this. Last time in hand sallery increased 1.6 to 2 times ... Anybody ditched from this news has data or all are here to cry only

I'm one if the victims of 16 evening and I feel that SSC is not going to make the tier 1 qualifying thus injustice with some of us . Since we know that it can't be made qualifying but we can reduce its effect by suggesting ssc that convert tier 1 marks to 100 in the final marks .
So if someone is getting 130 and I'm getting 110 in tier 2 i had to cover those 20 marks but if they convert tier 1 to 100 marks I will only have to cover 10 marks so somewhat equality with everyone .
I know this thing but i don't know how to make Ssc know this .. I'm not SSC TUBE .Seniors may have some ways to do this ... Help to spread it ..Tube ka nayaa post aaya hai- DOPT is totally against the interview, SSC quoting some legal issue. So, the matter has been forwarded to Law Ministry. But DOPT won't allow interview after december.
What I'v learned about SSC CGL in the last few months from this thread :-
- Some people want tier 1 to be made qualifying while some want re-exam for tier 2. It all depends on you. In which one you fkd up.
- Reservation issue comes up when someone feels he is only scoring near the expected cut off. If you are scoring high, it's not an issue.
- Age limit. So if you been giving CGL for past 500 years and have still not cracked it, you want the age limit to be raised to 10000 years 😛 😛
- Similarly if your total expected score is around 420, you want interview but if it's around 450, interview should be scrapped.
In short, this group is full of cry babies who are here for the last 5-6 years and have nothing to show. The whole process and system was given to us before exam yet many are still adamant to bend some rules only for their own good. Most of the guys just want to play the victim card of how the system has mistreated them 😲
