Pay commission to recommend 23% hike ( Basic+DA+allowances) for central govt employees.
guys last year tier2 result came within 25 days of exam now this year whole process is going on quite rapidly as compared to last year so result should come out before this week so today result can be a possibilty
So 15% hike is under plan as per yesterday's update on news channel ( it may get negotiate). They argued about 25-30% increement as happened in previous commissions. Going to join again private sector til I get joining. Goli maar dena h is sarkar ko agar 25% increement nahi huwa. Our salary takes 1% approx. of GDP and this is a burden for him as per Mr. Jaitely. Ultimately it's central and state government employees ( from peon to IAS ) who keep system running. I want to say more but , it's sad to hear Mr.Jaitely statement on TV.
Expected 4600gp salary according to 7th CPC
Basic pay :- ₹43170
Expected da for jan-jun 16 :- 6% which equate to ₹2590
Hra in x city :- ₹12951
So, gross salary in x city :- ₹58711 + t.a. + 6% d.a. on t.a.
Hra in y city :- ₹8634
Gross in y city :- ₹54394 + t.a. + 6% d.a. on t.a.
Gross in z city :- ₹50017 + t.a. + 6% d.a. on t.a.
Some times back i posted for rumorers and dirty speakers . Now it seems like they don't have any problem in being the "NAJAYAJ AULAAD" of genuine aspirants . 1.Revenue Hike is progreesive in nature for government.
2. In Manmohan era , scams happened but growth also happened.
3.Modi era , revenue generated very good .
Ab jab salary ki baari aayi to burden. Saare income tax and CBEC inspectors se anurodh h kii , eat well if salary doesn't shows up minimum expectation. Government should realize that how employees share the burden of India's development directly or indirectly.
Delhi- MUmbai mein sarkari ghar nahi h new joining ko and 2BHK ke flats salary wise high h . My home is in Delhi , so having no problem but I think for many candidates it's a issue and also if I will get posting outside home city then it will be a big burden.

How to read Newspaper-
Many Ssc Aspirants are confused about reading newspaper. They are confused how and what to read in newspaper..which newspaper is good..
So let me clear some doubts of you..
I will suggest to read "The Hindu" newspaper.. Now let's talk about what to read in it..
I will suggest to read two sections of newspaper.. First section is editorial which is mandatory to be read.. Second section can be chosen by you according to your like and taste. Like if you love cricket or football news then read the play section of newspaper..
So it's clear now what to read in newspaper.
The time that should be devoted to reading newspaper may differ from person to person. Like If you are from hindi medium or vernacular medium student and your English is very weak then I will suggest to read newspaper for atleast 1 hour but If your English is average then the the time duration may range between 30 to 60 minutes.
Now It's time to suggest how to use newspaper for proper utilisation of yours.
Way of reading newspaper may be different from person to person. But in my point of view the best way to read newspaper is to read newspaper by speaking aloud.
You should not read English in mind. Instead one should read newspaper by speaking aloud. The benefit of the same will be ..your pronunciation will improve..
According to me,the way to read newspaper is as follows-
first read one section e.g. editorial of the newspaper by speaking aloud... Also write down the high frequency words and the words whose meaning is not known to you which you find while reading newspaper.. after reading the section, write down the meaning of those words and try to remember them.. then again read the newspaper keeping in mind the word u noted down and try to grasp the meaning of the passage you read..
Also try to remember and repeat the words daily which you noted down in your notebook.. the benifit of the same will be that those words will be in your mind for last long.. and generally in newspaper many high frequency words repeat, after 3 to 4 months of reading newspaper daily, you will not have to note down words as you will find repetition of learnt words..
