4. Cheaters withheld. (+ve)
5. 13' 14' pro candidates wont be waiting for 15' verdict due to less vacancies and would be joining accordingly to their prev postings. (+ve)
6. Same paper standard for pan India. (+ve)

A cistern can be filled by two pipes in 30 nd 40 mins respectivley. Both the pipes were opened at once, but after some time first was shut up, and the cistern was filled in 10mins more. How long after the pipes had been opened was the first pipe shut?
Two pipes P and Q can fill a cistern in 12 and 15 mins respectively. Both are opened together but at the end of 3 minutes the first is turned off. How much longer will the cistern take to fill?

2 Pipes A nd B can separately fill a cistern in 15 and 10 mins respectively and waste pipe C can carry off 7 litres per minute. if all pipes are opened when the cistern is full it is emptied in 2 hrs. How many litres does the cistern hold
