I guess it was done deliberately... Nobody got those marks for #..I marked -1 for that pq question still I was nt given mark..so instead of adding for all, they didn't give for all..

Puyss... plzz HELP.. I have got an SC certificate signed by the Tehsildar of my district. But some guys over here were talking about some certi from Centre only is valid. Is it so?? if yes, then from where to get the certi... experienced guys plzzz help..
